Independent heating system. There is a large bath room with jacuzzi-bath, WC, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, bedding and towels. Apartment is designed for 2 persons, but there is a possibility of 2 extra places (sofa).

There is an opportunity to get to the Hotel by means of municipal transport – trolleybus №9 (till ¨Universytet¨ stop), then 10 min walk OR minibus №95 (till Prospekt Svobody), then 10-15 min walk. Mind that such journey will take at least 30 minutes.
