Deposit and canceling issues.
This hotel requires full prepayment of its rooms. It also requests paying for the room during the booking, only. If you want to cancel your reservation without any penalty – inform us at least in 3 (three) days before the date of the arrival for individual tourists and at least - in 33 (thirty-three) days if it is a group (more than 10 people). In that case your money will be transfered back to you
