Deposit and canceling issues.
This hotel requires deposit that equals one day stay. If you want to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least in 2 (two) days before the date of arrival for individual tourists and at least in 14 (fourteen) days before the date of arrival. In that case your deposit will be returned, minus 9% bank fee.
