Deposit and canceling issues.
This hotel requires deposit that equals one day stay. If you want
to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least in 2 (two) days
before the date of arrival for individual tourists and at least in 14
(fourteen) days before the date of arrival fotr tourist groups. In that case your deposit
will be returned, minus 9% bank fee.
