How do I book a room hotel, apartment etc.?
Step 1. You request a reservation.
You can use the "Booking" tab in the property description or contact us any other way - telephone, general contact page, Skype, etc. It's always best to use the contact form on the "Booking" tab - while we can answer the phone or Skype message, we can also process the mail request at the same time.
step 2. We contact a property manager.
We make a preliminary booking for you unless the property is occupied or other problems occur. Please remember, in Ukraine we use Eastern Europe Time (GMT +2) - if we get a request at daytime, we try to answer it within an hour, but if it's late at night, it can take a couple of hours to contact the property manager.
step 3. We contact you to confirm your booking.
If the property requires a deposit, we ask you to specify a payment method. We accept credit cards (MasterCard & Visa), Paypal, MoneyBookers, Bank Transfer and Western Union. Note that deposit is not our profit – it is being transferred to the hotel in full.
If the property is occupied or we can't check it within a few hours, we inform you about that as soon as possible and always propose something instead.
step 4. You confirm a booking.
If the property requires a deposit, you pay it and we also confirm it. After that your booking confirmed and done.
All of it sounds complicated, but in fact it shouldn't take you more than 5 min. of your time.
We save your time and suit your needs by asking Yes or No questions and proposing the best-fit solutions.
Payment methods
For deposit purposes, we accept credit cards (MasterCard & Visa), Paypal, MoneyBookers and Western Union. We require a deposit only if the hotel requires it.Cancellation policy
If you want to cancel or change a booking - inform us as soon as possible.See the hotel description for the cancellation policy period for each hotel ("Pricing" tab). If you cancel on time, your deposit will be returned in full, minus 9% bank fee. If you cancel later, your deposit will not be returned. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. Note that deposit is not our profit - it's being transferred to the hotel in full.
Why don't you offer an instant online booking?
Actually we can, but we don't offer it, because:1. The hotels in Ukraine are not ready to offer it with high standards.
2. Even if they claimed they did, we wouldn't believe them.
That is why we always call the property manager before confirming the booking.
Remark: Some websites in Ukraine offer an "instant booking", but it's usually a marketing trick - they put a hidden value "always available" to the booking system and only after you book & pay they think about getting the room for you.
Privacy policy
Your privacy is our priority. We will not give your e-mail address, tel. number or any other private data from you to anyone, unless you ask us to do so. We don't use any marketing tricks or spam, we don't have affiliates or any other subjects we could give this data to. Our website uses "cookies", but it doesn't collect any private data, it remembers only the layout you choose (language, colour, font size, etc.). That's all, short and simple.Who are you? We are a licenced tour operator, registered by the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Tourism. To obey the Ukrainian law, we keep 10000 EUR permanently on the bank account, in case of any accident happen.
We require a payment in advance only if third parties (e.g. hotels) require it.
Your credit card information is secured by Paypal and neither us, nor any third parties (e.g. hotels) cannot see your credit card details.
