Lviv Panorama Lviv is a cultural centre of Ukraine, located in the western part of the country, only 74 km from the European Union border (see: How to get to Lviv). The old part of Lviv is on the UNESCO list. Its long and dramatic history along with its multicultural community (Ukrainians, Jews, Poles, Germans, Austrians, Armenians, Russians, etc.) formed great architecture and unique atmosphere. This is the place where the Orient meets the Occident, where old traditions coexist with postmodernity and where remnants of the Soviet Union contrast with energy of young democracy.
Feel the atmosphere of Lviv, come and explore it yourself.
